Patients with chronic poisoning of carbon disulfide (CS_2) often complained of precordial pain and found that many had ECG changes. At present there is no uniform opinion on the evaluation of cardiac status in CS2 chronic poisoning. Some scholars (Ambrosio et al.) Believe that ECG changes can be used as an indicator of atherosclerosis and ischemic heart disease; other scholars (etc.) regard it as a sign of myocardial degeneration. Reasonable treatment and identification depends on the accurate identification of the nature of the cardiovascular system. The purpose of this study is to investigate the incidence, nature and performance of cardiac changes in CS 2 chronic poisoning and long-term exposure to CS 2 workers. In order to more accurately describe the incidence of heart disease and its relationship with neurological syndromes, the authors analyzed 264 CS2 chronic inpatients (early chronic CS 2 poisoning 83% and severe chronic poisoning 17%). Most of the patients (78.8%) were female workers aged 30-49 years old
