天津市兴建历史上规模最大的道路工程——中环线,实行项目承包,层层落实经济责任的办法,取得了较好的经济效果,做到了投资不超,略有节余。兴建这项工程只用了10个月时间,于1986年7月1日全线建成通车。工程全长34.5公里,共修筑道路140.78万平方米,立交桥8座,桥梁7座,铺设排水管道69.5公里,修筑泵站9座。工程规模大,时间紧,如何组织好工程施工?我们认真分析了几年来重点工程的管理情况,认为加强投资管理
Tianjin Municipality built the largest road project in history—the Central Link, implemented project contracting, and implemented economic responsibilities at all levels. It achieved good economic results, and achieved super investment and slight savings. The construction of this project took only 10 months and was completed and opened to traffic on July 1, 1986. The total length of the project is 34.5 kilometers, and a total of 1,408,800 square meters of roads are built. There are 8 overpasses, 7 bridges, laying drainage channels of 69.5 kilometers, and building 9 pumping stations. The project has a large scale and tight schedules. How do we organize the construction of the project? We have carefully analyzed the management of key projects in the past few years and believe that we must strengthen investment management.
