《统计法》明确规定:统计的基本任务是对国民经济和社会发展情况进行统计调查、统计分析,提供统计资料和统计咨询意见,实行统计监督。因此,统计工作的基本任务除了进行数据处理外,还应对所获取的各种资料进行归纳、整理形成综合的或专题的分析报告。一、统计分析的作用1、编写统计分析报告是实现优质服务,发挥统计监督作用的需要。统计分析报告把数据、情况、建议融化为一体,既有定量分析又有定性分析,它比一般的统计数据更集中、更系统、更鲜明地反映客观实际,又便于人们阅读、理解和利用,更受人们的欢迎。统计部门主要通过分析报告给党政领导当参谋、提供信息。领导机关也往往通过分析报告来评价统计工作水平,加深对统计作用的认识,并利用统计的数据和资料研究问题和指导工作。统计分析报告起到沟通统计部门与领导机关之间的桥梁作用。
