目的了解台江区食品卫生质量,加强食品卫生监督管理。方法将2005~2007年台江区疾病预防控制中心对台江区食品生产经营单位抽检食品的检测结果进行分析。结果2005~2007年检测5类274份食品的合格率为89.78%。不同种类食品间合格率不同,肉及肉制品的合格率最低(65.57%)。生产加工单位的食品检测合格率高于销售服务单位。结论台江区2005~2007年食品卫生质量尚可,但肉及肉制品行业状况令人担忧。不合格样本主要是微生物超过国家标准,提示今后在工作中应重视防止微生物对食品的污染。
Objective To understand the quality of food hygiene in Taijiang District and to strengthen supervision and administration of food hygiene. Methods From 2005 to 2007, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Taijiang analyzed food testing results of food production and management units in Taijiang District. Results The qualified rate of 274 foodstuffs in five categories from 2005 to 2007 was 89.78%. Different types of food pass rate between the different meat and meat products the lowest pass rate (65.57%). Production and processing units of food inspection pass rate higher than the sales service units. Conclusion The quality of food hygiene in Taijiang District is still good from 2005 to 2007, but the situation of meat and meat products industry is worrying. Unqualified samples are mainly microorganisms over the national standard, suggesting that in future work should pay attention to prevent microbial contamination of food.
