胡锦涛同志曾明确指出,要“努力探索使广大党员长期受教育、永葆先进性的长效机制”。这是党员先进性教育活动的要求,也是先进性教育活动成果的具体体现。那么,怎样才能在企业中建设好保持党员先进性长效机制的建设呢?我想结合自己的认识,做一些探索和思考。
Comrade Hu Jintao pointed out clearly that he must “make efforts to explore a long-term mechanism that will enable the majority of party members to receive education for a long time and maintain the advanced nature forever.” This is a requirement of party members’ advanced nature education activities as well as a concrete manifestation of the achievements of the advanced nature education activities. So how can we build a long-term mechanism for maintaining the advanced nature of party members in enterprises? I would like to make some exploration and reflection in light of my own understanding.
