“天堂”苏州,有一支特别能战斗的队伍,这就是苏州市公路管理处桥梁工程队,这个队的队长孙纪良,被人们誉为“为‘天堂’架彩虹的带头人”。 桥梁工程队组建于1956年,目前下设五个施工分队、一个预制厂,现有职工268名,主要任务是承担苏州市所属六县(市)公路干线桥梁扩建和新建工程。十年来,在队长孙纪良的带领下,逐步完善事业单位企业化管理,积极参与市场竞争,坚持两个文明一起抓,年年超额完成上级交给的各项生产建设任务,确保了安全文明生产。
