“看病难、难看病”是我国经济社会改革的核心难题之一,新型农村合作医疗制度是以“大病统筹”为主的制度,这对于提高农民健康水平,减轻农民医疗负担,解决农民因贫致病、因病返贫问题具有重要而积极的作用。本文通过对我国农村合作医疗资料的收集,分析现有农村合作医疗的困境,旨在探索一条解决新形势下我国农村合作医疗困境的改革路径。
