众所周知,施工导流关系到水工枢纽总布置,又是施工全过程的关键环节,而施工导流标准,是影响施工导流经济性、安全性的决定因素,同时又是导流建筑物规模设计的依据,所以施工导流标准是水利水电工程中体现经济政策和技术政策的关键,具有重大的理论及实际意义。施工导流标准包括面很广,如导流、截流、拦洪、蓄水、泄水等标准。本文仅对导流建筑物设计标准重点论述。
