以3种三七病原真菌为靶标菌,采用平板对峙法、菌丝生长法以及肉汤稀释法测定越南槐内生真菌TRXY-34-1的拮抗活性;根据形态和分子特征鉴定该菌株的分类学地位。结果表明,该菌株的活菌体对病原真菌的抑菌率为65%~79%;其代谢产物对病原菌菌丝生长抑制率均值为94.9%~100%,抑制效果约等于或大于阳性对照,对病原菌最小抑菌浓度为2~8 mg/m L,仅为阳性对照的8至16倍。菌株TRXY-34-1初步鉴定为镰刀菌,对3种参试三七病原菌均有强的拮抗活性,具有较大的开发应用潜力。
The antagonistic activity of TRXY-34-1 was determined by plate confrontation method, mycelial growth method and broth dilution method with three kinds of pathogenic fungi of Panax notoginseng as target bacteria. The classification of the strain was identified according to the morphological and molecular characteristics Academic status. The results showed that the viabacteria of the strain against pathogenic fungi was 65% -79%. The average inhibitory rate of the metabolites on the mycelial growth of pathogenic bacteria was 94.9% -100%, and the inhibitory effect was about equal to or greater than that of the positive control. The minimum inhibitory concentration of pathogens is 2 ~ 8 mg / m L, only 8 to 16 times of the positive control. The strain TRXY-34-1 was initially identified as Fusarium, which has strong antagonistic activity on all three tested pathogens of Panax notoginseng and has great potential for development and application.
