介绍了标定实验的装置,方法及其特点。通过线性回归分析,得出了不同铝液速度下铁棒溶蚀前后直径变化与温度的关系式和关系曲线以及不同温度下铝液流动速度与铁棒直径变化的关系式和关系曲线;通过逐步回归分析,得出了铝液速度和温度及铁棒直径变化的二元回归方程.用标定实验结果,测量了两台 180 kA 四点进电预焙槽投产45天后的铝液流速,测得最大流速分别为28.78和29.23cm/s,最小流速分别为5.20和2.33cm/s,平均流速分别为17.80和13.30cm/s.
