文化、新闻、出版、广播、电影、电视等部门和单位应当根据形势和任务的要求,采取多种形式开展国防教育。中央和省、自治区、直辖市以及设区的市的广播电台、电视台、报刊应当开设国防教育节目或者栏目,普及国防知识。——《国防教育法》第二十二条
Departments and units of culture, news, publication, radio, film, television and so on should take various forms to carry out national defense education according to the requirements of the situation and tasks. Radio and television stations and newspapers and periodicals of the Central Government, provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government as well as the municipal districts directly under the Central Government shall open national defense education programs or sections and popularize national defense knowledge. - “National Defense Education Law” Article 22
