急性心肌缺血时,心肌脂肪酸(FA)代谢障碍主要表现为血中游离脂肪酸(FFA)升高、FFA及其中间产物在心肌细胞内堆积和心肌生物膜磷脂水解。心肌FA代谢障碍,干扰甚至破坏细胞膜结构和功能、抑制细胞关键酶活性、增加心肌氧耗(MVO_2),从而扩大心肌梗塞范围和诱发合并症。β-阻滞剂、葡萄糖-胰岛素-钾(GIK)、肉毒碱、抗脂解类药及某些中草药有效成份能改善急性心肌缺血时心肌FA代谢,保护心肌生物膜功能,因而对缺血心肌有显著的保护作用。
Acute myocardial ischemia, myocardial fatty acid (FA) metabolic disorders mainly as blood free fatty acids (FFA) increased, FFA and its intermediates in the accumulation of myocardial cells and myocardial cell membrane phospholipid hydrolysis. Myocardial FA metabolism, disruption and even destroy the cell membrane structure and function, inhibit the key enzyme activity of cells, increase myocardial oxygen consumption (MVO_2), thereby expanding the scope of myocardial infarction and induced comorbidities. β-blockers, glucose-insulin-potassium (GIK), carnitine, anti-lipolytic drugs and some Chinese herbal medicines can improve the metabolism of myocardial FA in acute myocardial ischemia and protect myocardial biofilm function, Blood heart muscle has a significant protective effect.
