在研究中草药化学成分结构的工作中,紫外光谱如同红外、质谱、氢和碳-13核磁共振谱等一样得到广泛的运用,加上 X 光晶体衍射等,复杂的化学结构能在较短的时间内得到解决。其中紫外光谱确定未知物的共轭体系、生色团和芳香性等比之其它光谱具有独特的优点。下面结合我们的工作,展示一下紫外光谱的概貌,供从事中草药研究工作者参考。紫外吸收光谱的定义光是电磁波。不同波长的光有小同的能量和性质。紫外光根据其性质分远紫外区和近紫外区。前者被空气吸收,检测需要真空装置。
