目的了解常州市不同生境蜚蠊携带病原体状况,为预防和控制相关媒介生物性疾病的传播提供科学依据。方法通过瓶诱法捕获蜚蠊,带回实验室分离相关病原体,研究德国小蠊、黑胸大蠊携带病原体的种类、数量。结果从不同生境捕获的计26组蜚蠊体表检出病原体的有25组,检出率为96.2%;体内检出病原体26组,检出率为100%。病原体主要有大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、沙门菌、志贺菌、溶血性链球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、乙型肝炎表面抗原、蛔虫卵。医院捕获的蜚蠊携带病原体种类最多,其次是农贸市场,居户最低。不同生境蜚蠊携带病原体检出率为医院最高,其次为农贸市场,各生境检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2等于11.91;P小于0.05)。结论常州市蜚蠊病原体携带状况较严重,所存在的媒介生物性疾病的传播风险较高,应加大针对蜚蠊的控制力度。
Objective To understand the status of pathogens carried by cockroaches in different habitats in Changzhou and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of the spread of related vector biological diseases. Methods The cockroach was captured by bottle - induced method and brought back to the laboratory to isolate the related pathogens. The species and quantity of pathogenic bacteria carried by Blattella germanica and Blattella germanica were studied. Results Twenty-six groups of cockroaches captured from different habitats showed 25 pathogens detected on the surface, with a detection rate of 96.2%. Pathogenic bacteria were detected in 26 groups with a detection rate of 100%. Pathogens are Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella, Shigella, hemolytic streptococcus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, hepatitis B surface antigen, roundworm eggs. Cockroach captured by the hospital most types of pathogens, followed by the farmers market, the lowest household. The detection rate of cockroach-carrying pathogens in different habitats was the highest in the hospital, followed by the farmer’s market, with significant differences in the detection rates of habitats (χ2 = 11.91; P <0.05). Conclusion The pathogens of the cockroach in Changzhou are more seriously carried and the risk of transmission of vector-borne diseases is higher. Therefore, the control of cockroaches should be strengthened.
