本文对于东北——1型离心锤式电动鑿岩机冲击锤的运动规律,进行了初步的分析,建立了冲击锤的运动方程式,从而找出了冲击锤相对运动速度和工作机构主要参数的关系曲线,进一步的阐述了采用限速园滚的理论依据,以及确保冲击锤正常工作时所必须满足的条件。 对于确定离心锤式电动鑿岩机工作机构基本参数的内容、步骤和考虑的因素亦作了阐述和分析,并推导出工作机构的功率与其他参数间的数学表达式,作为确定工作机构主要参数的依据。 文章的最后部分,提出了对于具有固定打击面冲击锤的离心锤式电动鑿岩机应当着重在研究如何改善结构、提高主要另件的寿命方面进行深入的研究工作。并提出了一种新的结构形状的冲击锤——园形锤的优点及其发展前途。可做为今后进行离心锤式电动鑿岩机研究时的参考。
In this paper, the movement rule of the impact hammer of the Northeast-1 centrifugal hammer electric rock drill was preliminarily analyzed and the equation of motion of the impact hammer was established.
