为探讨内毒素/脂多糖(LPS)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及一氧化氮(NO)在重型病毒性肝炎(SH)病程中的作用,观察了 SH 患者的器官系统功能状态及其与外周血 LPS、TNF-α、NO 水平变化的关系,同时观察了糖皮质激素对其的影响。现将结果报道如下:一、资料与方法1.59例肝炎患者诊断均符合1990年全国病毒性肝炎会议修订的诊断标准。27例 SH 组中,无发生Ⅱ期肝性脑病和肝肾综合征者9例(NHE 组),仅合并有Ⅱ期以上肝性脑病者11例(HE组),并发有Ⅱ期以上肝性脑病和肝肾综合征者7例(MSF 组);男性18例,女性9例;年龄23~51岁。慢性病毒性肝炎32例(CH组);男性22例,女性10例;年龄20~57岁。2.全部患者入院时及
