目的 :研究抑癌基因 P5 3及其表达产物 P5 3蛋白在肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤中的表达 ,比较 P5 3m RNA的表达与 P5 3蛋白的表达关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法及核酸分子原位杂交方法检测 P5 3m RNA及 P5 3蛋白的表达情况。结果 :原位杂交显示 ,P5 3m RNA在肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤中表达为 2 4.1% (7/ 2 9) ,在肾上腺恶性嗜铬细胞瘤中表达为 14.3% (1/ 7) ;免疫组织化学显示 ,P5 3蛋白在肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤中表达为 79.3% (2 3/ 2 9) ,在肾上腺恶性嗜铬细胞瘤中表达为 71.4% (5 / 7)。结论 :在肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤中 ,存在 P5 3基因突变 ,推测 P5 3基因与肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的发生发展有显著相关性
OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of P53 and its protein P53 in adrenal pheochromocytoma and to compare the expression of P53mRNA with the expression of P53 protein. Methods: The expressions of P53mRNA and P53 protein were detected by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. Results: In situ hybridization showed that the expression of P5 3 mRNA was 2 4.1% (7/29) in adrenal pheochromocytoma and 14.3% (1/7) in adrenal malignant pheochromocytoma. Immunohistochemistry The results showed that the expression of P53 protein was 79.3% (23/29) in adrenal pheochromocytoma and 71.4% (5/7) in adrenal malignant pheochromocytoma. Conclusion: There is P5 3 gene mutation in adrenal pheochromocytoma. It is speculated that there is a significant correlation between P5 3 gene and the development of adrenal pheochromocytoma
