目的 :探讨细胞凋亡及 bcl- 2蛋白表达在前列腺癌 (PCa)中的意义及前二者之间的相互关系。方法 :采用原位细胞凋亡标记及免疫组织化学法对 2 5例 PCa、18例前列腺增生症 (BPH)及 10例正常前列腺的前列腺组织石蜡切片行 bcl- 2蛋白及细胞凋亡检测。结果 :PCa组的细胞凋亡率显著高于 BPH组及正常组 ,且 PCa的细胞凋亡率与其分化程度呈显著负相关。 bcl- 2蛋白在 PCa组中表达率为 32 % ,与分化程度无关。 bcl- 2蛋白表达阳性者的 PCa细胞凋亡率显著低于阴性者。结论 :细胞凋亡率可作为反映 PCa恶性程度的指标。 bcl- 2蛋白在 PCa中的表达与细胞凋亡呈负相关
Objective: To investigate the relationship between apoptosis and the expression of bcl-2 protein in prostate cancer (PCa) and the relationship between them. Methods: Bcl-2 protein and apoptosis were detected by in situ cell apoptosis and immunohistochemistry in paraffin sections of 25 cases of PCa, 18 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and 10 cases of normal prostatic tissue. Results: The apoptosis rate of PCa group was significantly higher than that of BPH group and normal group, and the apoptosis rate of PCa was negatively correlated with its differentiation degree. The expression rate of bcl-2 protein in PCa group was 32%, independent of the degree of differentiation. The apoptosis rate of PCa cells with positive bcl-2 protein expression was significantly lower than that of negative ones. Conclusion: The apoptosis rate can be used as an indicator of PCa malignancy. The expression of bcl-2 protein in PCa was negatively correlated with apoptosis
