海南林改经验主要有6条:认识深刻,高度重视,精心筹划,尊重民意,典型引路,依法推进。深入推进集体林权制度改革对于助推国家经济发展方式转变和经济结构调整、维持经济发展的良好基本面、促进加大统筹城乡发展力度和强化农业农村发展基础、促进改善农村民生和农村社会和谐稳定意义重大。现在是林业发展的最佳时机,一定要抓住这个机遇大力发展。
There are 6 major experiences in forest reform in Hainan Province: deep understanding and high priority, meticulous planning, respect for public opinions, typical introduction of roads and promotion according to law. Further promote the reform of collective forest tenure system to boost the transformation of the country’s economic development and economic restructuring and maintain a good economic fundamentals, and promote greater urban and rural development and strengthening the basis of agricultural and rural development, and promote the improvement of rural livelihood and rural social harmony Stability is of great significance. Now is the best time for forestry development. We must seize this opportunity and make great efforts to develop it.
