当代日本的法学教育历经变革,形成了特色鲜明的“三三制”法学教育模式,即法学部、法学研究科、法科大学院三种不同层次、不同目标定位的法学教育模式,颇值得我国借鉴。本文介绍了二战以后日本的法学教育概况以及世纪之交日本法科大学院教育制度改革的相关内容,对当代日本法学教育对我国的启示谈了自己的几点看法。
Contemporary Japanese law education has undergone a revolution and formed a distinctive “three-three” legal education model, that is, the law education model with three different levels and different aims of Law Departments, Law Departments and Law Colleges, which is worth our country’s reference . This article introduces the general situation of legal education in Japan after World War II and the related contents of the reform of the education system of Japanese law university at the turn of the century. It also makes some comments on the enlightenment of contemporary Japanese legal education to our country.
