郭刚是省地税局税政一处处长。2015年8月,被选派到长治市壶关县店上镇绍良村任第一书记;2016年3月,又兼任了省地税局驻壶关县扶贫工作队队长,负责店上镇和集店乡的脱贫攻坚帮扶工作。绍良村共有560户、1545人,1980亩耕地,其中贫困户281户,646人,占全村人口一半还多。绍良村虽然土地肥沃、光照充足,气候宜人,但由于交通不畅,经营单一,一直是一个典型的以农为主的贫困
Guo Gang is a provincial tax bureau chief of a tax. In August 2015, he was selected as the first secretary of Shaoliang Village, Sheung Shing Town, Huguan County, Changzhi City. In March 2016, he also served as the captain of the Provincial Taxation Bureau’s Poverty Alleviation Task Force in Huguan County, Dian poverty alleviate strenuous help work. A total of Shaoliang Village, 560 households, 1545 people, 1980 acres of arable land, of which 281 poor households, 646 people, accounting for more than half of the village population. Although the land in Shaoliang Village is fertile, with plenty of sunshine and a pleasant climate, it has always been a typical farm-based poverty due to poor traffic and a single operation
