褥疮是临床上常见的并发症。为减轻病人痛苦,促进褥疮痊愈,我科采用康复新配合半导体激光照射治疗褥疮患者23例,取得良好效果,现报告如下。1临床资料选取2014-2015年我科收治的23例褥疮患者,均为院外带入Ⅱ~Ⅲ度褥疮,年龄48~86岁,平均67岁;其中,男性9例,女性14例。本组患者均为脑血管疾病后遗症卧床并发吸入性肺炎患者,伴高热。创面最大6cm×7cm,最小2cm×2cm。Ⅱ度褥疮15例,Ⅲ度褥疮8例。
Bed sores are clinically common complications. To alleviate the suffering of patients and promote bed sore healing, our department with rehabilitation of new semiconductor laser irradiation treatment of 23 patients with pressure ulcers, and achieved good results, are as follows. 1 Clinical data Selected 23 cases of bedsore patients admitted to our department from 2014 to 2015, were hospitalized Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ degree bedsore, aged 48 to 86 years, mean 67 years; of which 9 were males and 14 females. This group of patients are cerebrovascular disease sequelae of bedridden patients with aspiration pneumonia, with high fever. The largest wound 6cm × 7cm, the smallest 2cm × 2cm. Ⅱ degree bedsore in 15 cases, Ⅲ degree bedsore in 8 cases.
