为治疗重型血友病甲患者,作者自1986年7月～1990年7月采用同种脾细胞经外周静脉输注21例(均为男性,年龄2.8～40岁,平均17岁)28次。术后:①凝血因子Ⅷ的促凝成分(Ⅷ∶C)除4例不升高外,均有不同程度的升高;②出血次数较前明显减少或消失;③一般情况,随访3月～1年,均有改善;④尚未发生明
