目的:探讨TSGF、CA153和CEA联合检测在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法:收集65例乳腺癌、110例乳腺良性疾病和55例健康人群血清标本。用酶联法检测TSGF,用化学发光法检测CA153和CEA。结果:TSGF、CA153和CEA对乳腺癌的敏感性为76.9%、69.2%和20.0%,特异性为64.8%、91.3%、和92.0%。联合检测乳腺癌的敏感性为87.7%,特异性为89.5%。结论:联合检测敏感性和特异性与单项检测比较均高,对乳腺癌的诊断具有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the value of combined detection of TSGF, CA153 and CEA in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods: Serum samples from 65 cases of breast cancer, 110 cases of breast benign disease and 55 healthy people were collected. TSGF was detected by enzymatic method and CA153 and CEA were detected by chemiluminescence method. RESULTS: The sensitivity of TSGF, CA153 and CEA to breast cancer was 76.9%, 69.2% and 20.0%, and the specificity was 64.8%, 91.3% and 92.0%, respectively. The combined detection of breast cancer was 87.7% with a specificity of 89.5%. Conclusion: The combined detection of sensitivity and specificity and single test were high, the diagnosis of breast cancer is of great significance.
