基层组织建设中,事业单位的基层党建工作是十分重要的内容,事业单位的党建工作与当前国家经济以及社会发展的需要相适应。新时期事业单位的基层党建工作需要结合事业单位的自身特点,充分发挥党组织的优势作用,加强事业单位的党建工作,为各项工作的开展奠定坚实的基础。本文就新时期事业单位基层党建工作的现状进行分析,提出基层党建工作开展有效的策略。
In the process of building grassroots organizations, the work of grass-roots party building in public institutions is a very important task. The party building in public institutions is in line with the needs of the current national economy and social development. The work of grass-roots party building in PSUs in the new period needs to combine the unique features of PSUs, give full play to the superiority of party organizations, and strengthen the party building in public institutions so as to lay a solid foundation for all work carried out. This article analyzes the status quo of grassroots party building in public institutions in the new era and puts forward some effective strategies for grassroots party building.
