度冷丁联合依沙吖啶在中期妊娠引产术中的临床观察

目的:探讨度冷丁对中期妊娠引产术总产程的影响。方法:随机将120例要求进行中期妊娠引产术的孕妇分为观察组与对照组各60例,观察组采用依沙吖啶联合度冷丁引产,而对照组单用依沙吖啶引产,并观察两组孕妇的产痛程度、总产程时间及产后2 h出血量。结果:观察组的孕妇产痛程度和总产程时间较对照组明显短,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而两组孕妇的产后2 h出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:依沙吖啶联合度冷丁用于中期妊娠引产可以镇痛、缩短产程等,值得推广。 Objective: To investigate the effect of de-cold Ding on the induction of labor in the second trimester of pregnancy. Methods: A total of 120 pregnant women who were asked to do induction of mid-term pregnancy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The observation group was given ethacridine combined with valsartan, while the control group was given ethacridine alone. Two groups of pregnant women’s degree of pain, total labor time and 2 h postpartum hemorrhage. Results: The incidence of labor pain and the duration of labor were significantly shorter in the observation group than those in the control group (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference in bleeding volume between the two groups > 0.05). CONCLUSION: Ethacridine combined with chilly-n-butyl can be used to relieve pain during mid-term pregnancy induction and shorten the labor process. It is worth promoting.
