在教学中,建立良好的师生关系,尊师爱生的气氛充满班级,教师提出的要求能顺利变成学生的行动。为了在课堂上达到“师生互动”的效果,教师可千方百计创造课堂的轻松愉悦环境,将书本知识转变为有趣的、令他们好奇的实际问题。在教学中,我们应特别注重分层教学,在课后为不同层次的学生进行相应的辅导,以满足不同层次的学生需求。
In teaching, establish a good relationship between teachers and students, respect for the atmosphere of loving students full of classes, teachers put forward the requirements of the students can smoothly become the action. To achieve the “teacher-student interaction” effect in class, teachers can do everything possible to create a relaxed and enjoyable classroom environment that turns book knowledge into interesting, curious practical problems.
