作者报告一例罕见的儿童前尿道息肉。患儿10岁,男,临床表现为无痛性血尿,并述轻度排尿延迟,否定排尿困难、血尿、尿频、外伤、尿道感染史。患儿生长发育,外生殖器正常。物理学检查无异常发现。初次实验室检查,血色素13.9克,白血球5600,中断尿培养阴性,尿pH6.5,比重1.018,尿液中未见白细胞,偶见红细胞。排尿终末有肉眼血尿滴沥。
The authors report a rare case of pre-urethral polyps in children. Children 10 years old, male, the clinical manifestations of painless hematuria, and described mild delayed urination, negative dysuria, hematuria, urinary frequency, trauma, history of urinary tract infection. Children growth and development, external genitalia normal. No unusual physical examination found. Initial laboratory tests, hemoglobin 13.9 grams, 5600 white blood cells, interrupted urine culture negative, urine pH6.5, the proportion of 1.018, no white blood cells in the urine, and occasionally red blood cells. End of urination urinary tract diarrhea with gross eye drops.
