随着电视技术的发展,为了设计性能更佳的声表面波(SAW)滤波器,需要对引起滤波器带外抑制恶化的问题进行分析和补偿。本文主要就其中声表面波的二阶效应中的衍射问题及其解决方法进行了研究和探计。
With the development of television technology, in order to design a better-performance surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter, the problem of causing out-of-band suppression of the filter needs to be analyzed and compensated. This paper mainly focuses on the diffraction problem in the second-order effect of SAW and its solution method.
