我院1985年3～7月对100例早孕妇女在B 超指导下抽吸绒毛行产前诊断,事实证明该法安全、准确、简便、损伤小,现小结如下。资科与方法资料来源:100例均系早孕拟行人工流产者。B超确诊早孕,其孕龄分布为6～11周。方法:患者膀胱适度充盈后,取截石位,常规消毒。B 超下作纵向、横向及斜向扫描,探测子宫位置、大小及形态,观察孕囊内有无胚胎、胎心及胎动
From March to July of 1985, 100 cases of early pregnant women underwent superoxidation prenatal diagnosis under the guidance of B-mode ultrasound in our hospital from March to July of 1985, which proved safe, accurate, simple and less damaging. It is summarized as follows. Materials and Methods Source: 100 cases were all induced by abortion in early pregnancy. B-diagnosed early pregnancy, the gestational age distribution of 6 to 11 weeks. Methods: After filling the bladder moderate, take lithotomy position, routine disinfection. B ultrasound for vertical, horizontal and oblique scan, detection of uterine position, size and shape, observe the gestational sac with or without embryos, fetal heart rate and fetal movement
