用~(131)I-CEA McAb放射免疫显像诊断10例卵巢癌患者,使用γ-闪烁显像辅以微机图像处理技术和双核素减影术获得较好效果。10例全部阳性显像,与手术及病理结果完全相符,卵巢癌RII分期与手术分期亦完全符合。31处转移灶发现30处,阳性率97%,最小检出病灶直径1.5cm。本法在对病灶进行定性诊断同时可直接显示病灶位置、形态、大小及数量。对早期发现、指导临床分期、估计预后有较高的临床价值。
Ten patients with ovarian cancer were diagnosed by 131I-CEA McAb radioimmunoimaging, and γ-scintigraphy was used in combination with micro-computerized image processing and dual-subtraction subtraction to obtain good results. All 10 cases were positive imaging, which was completely consistent with the results of surgery and pathology. The staging of RII in ovarian cancer was also consistent with the surgical staging. 31 metastases were found in 30, the positive rate of 97%, the smallest detected lesion diameter of 1.5cm. This method in the qualitative diagnosis of lesions at the same time can directly display the lesion location, shape, size and number. On the early detection, clinical stage guidance, prognosis prognosis have high clinical value.
