长久以来,医疗服务监管一直存在着诸多难点。如何在各地普遍建立定点医疗机构协议管理制度的基础上,构建起医保对医疗服务的考核评价体系,同时也赋予医院更多自我管理的空间,是新医改对医保管理提出的更高要求。而分级管理制度作为医保协议管理考核工作的延续,将成为今后加强医疗服务监管的重要抓手。
For a long time there have been many difficulties in the regulation of medical services. On the basis of establishing a management system for agreement of fixed medical institutions in various places, it is necessary to establish a medical insurance evaluation system for medical insurance as well as more self-management space for the hospital, which is a higher requirement for medical insurance management proposed by the new medical reform. The grading management system, as a continuation of the assessment and management of medical insurance agreement, will become an important starting point for strengthening the supervision of medical services in the future.
