体外实验首先筛选出白首乌甙(CA)中抗癌效果最好的成分AK,并观察它对多种体外传代培养的人肿瘤细胞株的抑制作用及其与化疗药顺铂(CDDP)联合用药的效应。结果表明AK在实验瘤株范围内对肿瘤细胞的杀伤无选择性,且有药物剂量-时间依赖效应;与CDDP合用能显著降低其有效浓度;其抗肿瘤作用机理尚待进一步研究。
In vitro experiments first screened the best anticancer component AK in the white-headed Chinese quail (CA), and observed its inhibitory effect on a variety of in vitro cultured human tumor cell lines and its combination with the chemotherapy drug cisplatin (CDDP). The effect of medication. The results showed that AK was not selective for the killing of tumor cells within the range of experimental tumor strains, and there was a dose-time dependent effect of the drug; combined with CDDP can significantly reduce its effective concentration; its anti-tumor mechanism remains to be further studied.
