针对两流连铸中间包,采用数值模拟方法,研究了12种控流装置对流体流动特性的影响。结果表明:中间包内不设置控流装置时,出流水口的响应时间和峰值时间均较小;合理的控流装置设计可延长钢液在中间包内的平均停留时间,提高活塞流区的体积,降低死区的体积。通过对流场和RTD曲线的综合分析,湍流控制器+坝的控流效果最好,中间包的死区体积分数减少到16.51%,死区所占的比例大大降低,浇注区由死区占主导地位变为活塞流占主导地位;不采用湍流控制器的挡墙也得到较好的控流效果,死区体积分数减少到24.32%。
For the two-strand continuous casting tundish, numerical simulation method was used to study the influence of 12 kinds of flow control devices on fluid flow characteristics. The results show that the response time and the peak time of the outflow nozzle are small when the flow control device is not installed in the tundish.
