当前在新的经济格局和新的劳动关系下,提高职工的素质,培养德智体全面发展的职工队伍对于每个企业来说都是一项重要的任务。更是“全面贯彻落实科学发展观,坚定不移地走中国特色社会主义发展道路”的迫切需要。职工素质的高低制约和最终决定着企业持续和谐发展。那么如何提升职工整体素质,打造负责任的人才队伍?笔者谈一些粗浅认识。
At present, under the new economic structure and new labor relations, it is an important task for every enterprise to improve the quality of employees and cultivate a contingent of employees with all-round development in virtue and ideology. It is also an urgent need for “implementing the scientific outlook on development in an all-round way and unswervingly following the road of development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.” Restrictions on the quality of workers and ultimately determines the sustainable development of enterprises. So how to enhance the overall quality of workers, to create a responsible team of personnel? I talk about some superficial understanding.
