工业锅炉存在的主要问题是对燃料适应性差,燃料特性稍有变化,炉排前端就不着火,后端跑红火,所以需要改造炉拱来改善燃烧。改造炉拱必须既考虑到在燃煤不能满足设计要求情况下能取得明显的节能效果;也要考虑到在燃煤符合设计要求情况下,不影响其安全性及经济性。改造炉拱有两种方式:一是改造异形耐火砖形状;二是用高温耐火塑料浇灌成型。相比之下浇灌成型炉拱施工时间短,费用低,使用期比异形砖砌成炉拱长二倍以上。改造后的炉拱:不用扒火,减轻操作人员劳动强度;燃料适应性较广;飞灰量减少,灰渣可燃物降低;投资少,收效快。但是想利用改造炉拱手段来弥补操作人员调整不勤和不及
