洞庭化肥厂的工艺设备,是我国引进大型化肥装置中的重点项目之一。该厂尿素散装仓库的土建施工设计,由国内进行。仓库内设240吨/时、轨距48米、高16.60米门架移动式耙料机一台;在拱顶下弦中部18米标高处,设有3.60米宽的纵向通长悬挂式运料皮带钢操作台与122米长的现浇钢筋混凝土挡墙。根据工艺生产实际所需库容天数、耙料机操作所需横截面积、建筑材料的供应情况等条件,决定仓库的跨度为55.2米,长135米,柱高9米,并采用矢高为15米的双铰格构式椭圆钢拱,拱距9米,自防水预应力Π型屋面板,氯丁橡胶防水,滑模法施工的混凝土承重山墙(图1)。这一座仓库,又
The Dongting Fertilizer Plant’s process equipment is one of the key projects in the introduction of large-scale fertilizer plants in China. The civil engineering design of the urea bulk warehouse of this plant is carried out domestically. The warehouse is equipped with a 240t/h, 48m gauge, 16.60m high portal mobile picking machine; at the 18m elevation in the middle of the lower part of the vault, there is a 3.60m wide longitudinally-hanging suspended transport belt.
