本文从切削力、切削温度、一定刀具耐用度下的切削速度和刀具相对磨损率诸方面,研究和评述CrMnSi系列TS1、TS2及CrNiMo系列TN3、TN3A、TN4高强度钢的切削加工性。研究结果表明,这五种高强度钢的加工性由易到难的程度为TS1、TN3、TN3A、TS2、TN4,其原因可用硬质合金刀具的扩散磨损机理来解释。此外,还针对高强度钢的切削加工,推荐了硬质合金刀具材料的品级。
In this paper, the machinability of CrMnSi series TS1, TS2 and CrNiMo series TN3, TN3A and TN4 high strength steels are studied and reviewed from the aspects of cutting force, cutting temperature, cutting speed under certain tool durability and relative wear rate of the tool. The results show that the five high-strength steel from easy to difficult to process the degree of difficulty for the TS1, TN3, TN3A, TS2, TN4, the reasons for the use of carbide wear-resistant growth mechanism to explain. In addition, for high-strength steel cutting, recommended carbide cutting tool grade.
