推进义务教育均衡发展,加快教师专业成长、实现师资水平均衡是重中之重。如今的上海浦东正面临教育规模沪上最大但优质教育资源相对不足的难题,如何缩小校际差距、城乡差距,实现城乡均衡发展,考验着决策者们的谋略。浦东新区教育局第三教育署以构建“学科教研联合体”为抓手,通过校际结对,联合探索新时期教师专业发展的有效路径,推进区域内学校走向共同发展。在近日召开的第三教育署学科教研联合体推进会上,署内四所学校首次较为系统地介绍了他们创建的“学习共同体”模式,引起了广泛的关注。
Promote the balanced development of compulsory education, speed up the professional development of teachers to achieve a balanced level of teachers is the most important. Nowadays, Shanghai Pudong is confronted with the problem of the largest scale of education but the relative shortage of quality education resources in Shanghai. How to narrow the gap between schools and the gap between urban and rural areas so as to achieve a balanced development of urban and rural areas and test the strategies of decision-makers? The Third Department of Education of Pudong New Area (DEPB) takes the construction of a “discipline teaching and research union” as its starting point and jointly explores the effective path of professional development for teachers in the new era through inter-school matching so as to promote the common development of schools in the region. At the recent Education Promotion Symposium of the Third Education Department at the Third Education Department, the four schools in the Department introduced the “Learning Community” model they created for the first time in a systematic way, arousing widespread concern.
