目的：考察大孔树脂吸附与超滤技术联用精制技术对六味地黄丸有关成分的影响。方法：采用ＨＰＬＣ法。结果：精制的提取物重量只有原药材的４．６％，而９８％的丹皮酚与８６％的马钱素被保留。结论：该联用精制技术可有效地减少服用量，保留小分子有效成分
Objective: To investigate the effects of macroporous resin adsorption and ultrafiltration combined with refining technology on the components of Liuwei Dihuang Pill. Method: HPLC method. Results: The refined extract weighed only 4.6% of the original drug, while 98% of paeonol and 86% of the loganin were retained. Conclusion: The combination of refining technology can effectively reduce the dosage, retain the small molecule active ingredients
