本文介绍一种评价发动机轴承性能和预测轴承材料疲劳寿命的方法。其计算模型采用有限元技术,模型不仅包括轴承而且还包括轴承周围结构。用该方法可定量分析不同的轴承座结构、轴瓦材质以及负荷/温度变化对轴承寿命的影响。
This article presents a method for evaluating engine bearing performance and predicting bearing material fatigue life. The calculation model uses finite element technology, the model includes not only the bearing but also the structure around the bearing. The method can be used to quantitatively analyze the effects of different bearing housings, bearing materials and load / temperature variations on bearing life.
