加强农村基层组织建设,应从以下三点着手。一是抓好以村支书为重点的班子建设。在支部书记队伍的建设上,要破除老实、守业的好干部观念,反对只求无功但求无过,平平庸庸不讲活力的干部意识,着力选拔那些视野开阔、有经济头脑、有创新意识的务实能干的干部出任党支部书记,真正把有能力、有道德、懂政治、讲党性的人选拔到村支书岗位。
To strengthen the building of rural grass-roots organizations, we should proceed from the following three points.
