三峡船闸投入试运行后成为长江航运新的咽喉,其运行条件和通过能力决定了长江中上游航运的通畅,对我国西南地区的经济发展有十分重要的影响。本文对目前三峡船闸运行效率进行客观评价,并结合未来几年过坝运量的预测分析得出,三峡船闸围堰发电期实际通过能力不能满足长江航运发?
Since the Three Gorges Lock was put into trial operation, it has become a new throat of the Yangtze River Shipping. Its operating conditions and capacity have determined the smooth passage of the upper and middle reaches of the Yangtze River and have a very important impact on the economic development in southwest China. This paper objectively evaluates the operational efficiency of the Three Gorges Lock at present and, combined with the prediction and analysis of the dam capacity over the next few years, concludes that the actual passing capacity of the Three Gorges Project during the power generation period can not meet the needs of the Yangtze River Shipping Project.
