众所周知,阴阳极对中好坏,对磁控管的功率、效率和频谱等主要参量有着十分明显的影响。由于毫米波管尺寸小,故对加工和装配零部件的精度要求比较高。比如。阴阳极同心度(见图1),对3厘米磁控管来说,小于0.06和阴极发射体已基本同心(虽精度不很高),然后与阳极钎焊。此时,将内外圆同心的套管置于阳极片内端面和阴极屏蔽帽之间。由于阴极发射体与帽已处于同心状态,故这样焊接后的阴阳极(见图3)应是同心的
