优化石墨炉原子吸收法测定生活饮用水中微量钡

目的对石墨炉原子吸收法的仪器条件及基本改进剂进行优化,以测定生活饮用水中的钡。方法将样品混合均匀过滤后,加入硝酸钙作为基体改进剂,用经优化了仪器条件的石墨炉原子吸收法进行测定生活饮用水中钡含量。结果检出限为3.1×10-12g,样品的加标回收率在94.0%~98.0%之间,RSD均<7.6%,在0~50μg/L的范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 6。结论此方法可以灵敏、准确的测定生活饮用水中微量钡。 OBJECTIVE To optimize the instrument conditions and basic modifiers of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of barium in drinking water. Methods After the samples were mixed and filtered, calcium nitrate was added as the matrix modifier. The content of barium in drinking water was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with optimized instrument conditions. The detection limit was 3.1 × 10-12g. The spiked recoveries of the samples ranged from 94.0% to 98.0% with a RSD of <7.6%. The calibration curve showed a good linearity in the range of 0 ~ 50μg / L. The correlation coefficient r = 0.999 6. Conclusion This method can be sensitive and accurate determination of trace amounts of barium in drinking water.
