近年来,证券中介机构随着我国市场经济的发展而不断壮大,但是,证券中介机构的不诚信行为,阻碍了证券市场的可持续发展,也终将断送证券中介的生命。因此,必须加强对证券中介机构的诚信规制,建立证券中介机构诚信档案制度、加强证券中介自身独立性、加强证券监管部门的诚信监管等等诚信规制措施,建立健全证券市场的诚信体系。实现证券中介机构诚信发展、证券市场又快又好的发展。
In recent years, with the development of our country’s market economy, securities intermediaries have been expanding. However, the dishonest behavior of securities intermediaries has hindered the sustainable development of securities markets and will eventually ruin the life of securities intermediaries. Therefore, we must strengthen the integrity of securities intermediary institutions, the establishment of securities intermediary agencies integrity file system, to strengthen the securities intermediary their independence, strengthen supervision of securities regulatory integrity credit regulation measures, establish and improve the securities market integrity system.
