本文报道从黄芪分离的最初产物——黄芪乙醇提取物(以下简称黄芪A)及两种终末产物——黄芪B和D对环磷腺苷磷酸二酯酶(PDE)的影响。结果表明黄芪A和B对PDE有明显的抑制作用,黄芪D则不明显。由于PDE是具有重要生理作用的环磷腺苷的降解酶,因此抑制PDE的物质可通过改变环磷腺苷含量达到药物治疗作用。由此可见,用PDE活力测定作为初选指标之一,寻找黄芪提取过程中对PDE有抑制作用的有效成份是可行的。本文并对黄芪的作用机理提出初步设想。
This article reports the effects of Astragalus mongholicus ethanol extract (hereinafter referred to as Astragalus membranaceus) and two end products, astragalus B and D, on cyclic adenosine monophosphate phosphodiesterase (PDE). The results showed that Astragalus A and B had a significant inhibitory effect on PDE, Astragalus D was not obvious. Since PDE is a cyclic adenosine monophosphate-degrading enzyme that has an important physiological role, substances that inhibit PDE can be therapeutically modified by changing the content of cyclic adenosine monophosphate. Thus, using PDE activity as one of the primary indicators, it is feasible to find out the effective components that inhibit PDE during the process of Astragalus membranaceus extraction. This article and the mechanism of action of Astragalus put forward the tentative plan.
