新课程实施是这次基础教育课程改革的关键,课程实施具体表现为教学。而教学是由教师执行的,故教师在新课程改革中起着决定性的作用。因而为了新课程改革的顺利进行,我认为教师应做到以下几点: 一、了解新课程改革的目标目前,在许多学校,课程改革好像只是校长和主任们的事情,学校怎么安排课程,教师就怎么去上课。至于课程改革的目标是什么,不清楚。课程改革只停留在口头上,因而要真正实现课改教师必须首先要了解新课程改革的目标:
