豚鼠离体气管和支气管平滑肌在含有普萘洛尔和消炎痛的克-亨氏溶液中接受电场刺激,可产生双相的改缩反应。Ⅱ相收缩反应对河豚毒素和辣椒素敏感,说明它是气道内感觉神经C纤维兴奋后的效应。在支气管标本上,Ⅱ相收缩的发生率为100%、相对张力为77.0±30.8%(n=18),明显高于颈中下部的气管标本(n=20)和胸腔内气管标本(n=17)的反应(P<0.05),提示C神经纤维兴奋引起气道的收缩作用在支气管部位较为重要。
Guinea pig isolated tracheal and bronchial smooth muscle in the solution containing propranolol and indomethacin Ke - Heinz solution subjected to electric field stimulation, can produce two-phase shrinkage reaction. Ⅱ phase contraction reaction of tetrodotoxin and capsaicin sensitive, indicating that it is the airway sensory nerve C fiber after the effect of excitement. In bronchial specimens, the incidence of phase Ⅱ contractions was 100% and the relative tension was 77.0 ± 30.8% (n = 18), significantly higher than those of trachea (n = 20) and pleural trachea (n = 17) response (P <0.05), suggesting that C nerve fiber stimulation caused by airway contraction in the bronchial region is more important.
