采用双波长分光光度法测定鼻眼净滴鼻剂中盐酸萘甲唑啉的含量，可消除防腐剂尼泊金乙酯的干扰。方法简便，结果准确。回收率为１００．５０％ ，ＲＳＤ为０．３８％ 。
Determination of naphazoline hydrochloride in nasal drops nasal drops by dual-wavelength spectrophotometry can eliminate the interference of preservative nipagin ethyl ester. The method is simple and the result is accurate. The recovery was 100.50% with a RSD of 0.38%.
